In the last 6 years, he has developed a proven digital transformation methodology which is a strong combination of design thinking (Google Design Sprint), Lean Startup methodology and scaled agile framework (completed with ScrumBan).

The guarantee to success is to based on delivering flow. In order to ensure a fast time to market, I drive 2 parallel tracks whereby a short-term track is focused on delivering small scale proof-of-concepts that aim to test and learn allowing to build a proper product roadmap and in parallel build a proper digital foundation platform enabling the deployment of a mid-term digital strategy. The ambition is to help companies materialize a proper omnichannel strategy.

The methodology has proven it’s success at Ahold Delhaize, where a scalable digital acceleration was realized over a period of 3 years, evolving from a single country strategy towards a true multi-country strategy with a common re-usable platform that was deployed into 6 countries with a clear bi-weekly release schedule. A subsequent roll-out at Brussels Airport Company has proven it’s value with demonstrable results after 6 months.
